Document review analyst
You check what AccPilot read against the receipt, fix what it got wrong, and tell the engineers what keeps going wrong. Flexible hours, good for accounting graduates and parents at home.
What you will do
- Review documents marked Check: confirm the vendor, date, amount and tax, correct them where needed.
- Keep vendor memory clean so the same supplier is read the same way for every firm.
- Log the receipt types that are read wrongly most often, with examples, for the engineering team.
- Help test new reading improvements on real Malaysian receipts before they go live.
You are a fit if
- Accounting or finance background, or a graduate who has done a stint in a firm.
- Careful with numbers. You would rather check twice than guess.
- You read Malay and English receipts comfortably. Chinese is a bonus for some suppliers.
- You want steady, flexible work, not a nine-to-six.
