The money questions

How does pricing work?
Each plan comes with an allowance of scan credits and a number of team seats. Pay monthly for a monthly allowance, or yearly for a yearly allowance and save about 15%. One receipt is one credit, and the credits sit in one pool for your whole firm, shared across every client you handle. There is no fee per client. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and unused ones expire with it, while credits you buy as a top-up never expire. Every new firm starts with 300 free credits to try the product. If your volume changes, move to a bigger or smaller plan. Cancel anytime; your documents and exports stay yours.
What counts as a credit?
One document is one credit. A photo of a single receipt is one credit. A PDF is one credit per page, so a two-page supplier invoice is two. If one photo or page holds two receipts, AccPilot splits them into two documents and that is two credits, because each is read, checked and posted on its own. Duplicates you upload by mistake cost nothing. Most receipts are one page and one credit.
How do I pay?
Today, plans are invoiced monthly or yearly in Malaysian Ringgit and paid by bank transfer. Each invoice is numbered and available in your billing page, where you can print it or save it as a PDF for your records. Card payment with automatic monthly renewal is coming, along with a 14-day free trial that starts with a card on file. Cancel anytime.
Which accounting software does it work with?
Any. AccPilot exports a clean, self-describing Excel that imports into whatever you run. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Pay monthly, cancel anytime, and export all your documents when you go. Your books stay in your own accounting software either way. AccPilot never holds them hostage.
Why don’t you show the prices?
We are onboarding the first firms in Malaysia on early-access terms, and the right plan depends on your receipt volume and number of clients. So we go through the prices with you on the demo call, on your own receipts. Firms that sign up now keep the terms they signed up on.
Is reading line items included?
Yes, on every plan. Line items are never an add-on: a page costs one credit however many lines are on it, and every line lands on its own row of the Excel.
Does a re-read cost credits?
Duplicates AccPilot catches cost nothing. If you ask AccPilot to read a document again, that re-read uses credits like a new scan. If something was read wrongly on our side, tell our support team and they re-read it for free.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Each plan includes its users: 1 on Starter, 3 on Practice, 20 on Firm. No extra charge per person.
How secure is AccPilot?
Every connection to AccPilot is encrypted. Each firm’s data is kept separate from every other firm’s, and inside your firm access follows roles (owner, manager, staff) with two-step sign-in. Every change is recorded in an audit trail that cannot be edited. The app and its database run in Singapore, and documents are kept for the 7 years LHDN requires.
