How does pricing work?
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of scan credits and a number of team seats. One receipt is one credit, and the credits sit in one pool for your whole firm, shared across every client you handle. There is no fee per client. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and unused ones expire with it, while credits you buy as a top-up never expire. Every new firm starts with 300 free credits to try the product. If your volume changes, move to a bigger or smaller plan. Cancel anytime; your documents and exports stay yours.
What counts as a credit?
One document is one credit. A photo of a single receipt is one credit. A PDF is one credit per page, so a two-page supplier invoice is two. If one photo or page holds two receipts, AccPilot splits them into two documents and that is two credits, because each is read, checked and posted on its own. Duplicates you upload by mistake cost nothing, and if a scan fails completely the credit is refunded automatically. Most receipts are one page and one credit.
How do I pay?
Today, plans are invoiced monthly in Malaysian Ringgit and paid by bank transfer. Each invoice is numbered and available in your billing page, where you can print it or save it as a PDF for your records. Card payment with automatic monthly renewal is coming, along with a 14-day free trial that starts with a card on file. Cancel anytime.
Which accounting software does it work with?
Any. AccPilot exports a clean, self-describing Excel that imports into whatever you run. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Pay monthly, cancel anytime, and export all your documents when you go. Your books stay in your own accounting software either way. AccPilot never holds them hostage.
Is this the final pricing?
These are early-access prices while we onboard the first firms in Malaysia. The struck-through figures are the standard prices; firms that sign up now keep the terms they signed up on.
