AccPilot is the receipt desk for accounting firms. A small team, a product already used by real firms in Malaysia, and a problem every accountant recognises the moment you describe it. We are hiring the next few people.
Three jobs, one Excel.
- Capture and read. Receipts, invoices and bank statements come in by upload, phone, email or the client link. AccPilot reads every line and marks each document Ready or Check, with the reason.
- Reconcile and find what’s missing. Statement lines are matched to documents. The ones with no receipt become a chase list the firm sends the client.
- File and find. One clean Excel that imports into any accounting software, and every document stored and searchable for 7 years.

- Malaysian roles are employed locally in Malaysia through our Malaysian company, with EPF and SOCSO.
- Each role says where you can work. Remote means remote within Malaysia unless the role says otherwise.
- We work in English. With customers, Malay and Chinese come up all the time and that is a plus, not a must.
- Founder-led. Decisions get made in a conversation, not a committee.
- No fixed role descriptions for long. Early hires end up owning more than the post they applied for.
