What you will do

• Set up new firms: users, roles, client links, email capture. Walk them through their first batch.
• Get each firm to its first bank-statement match and first Excel import into their own software.
• Answer support questions over WhatsApp, email and calls, in plain language.
• Spot the firms going quiet and find out why before they cancel.
• Write the help articles and short videos you wish you had when you were the client.

You are a fit if

• You have done bookkeeping, audit or tax work and remember what a shoebox of receipts feels like.
• You are patient with people who are busy and slightly annoyed, and you fix the thing.
• You notice patterns: three firms asking the same question is a product problem, not three tickets.
• Tidy. Your own inbox and spreadsheets are in order.
